  • 150 g ground beef (or chicken)
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (or cooked rice)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 8–10 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
