Ingredients (1 serving):
- 150 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 cup cauliflower rice (or cooked rice)
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 8–10 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Stir in cauliflower rice and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to an oven-safe bowl.
